Insurance advice should serve families — not sales targets.
We believe insurance advice should serve families, not sales targets. BSUREE is an independent insurance education and decision-support platform — we help you understand your risks, compare options in plain language, and prepare to make a confident, informed decision.
Our goal is simple: help every family make confident insurance decisions — from the first policy you buy to the claim you hope you never have to file.
We're not a call centre. We're your neighbours.
BSUREE is built by a team based right here in Kerala and Tamil Nadu — not a distant call centre reading from a script. We know the local hospitals, the NRI family patterns, the monsoon flood risk, and we're just as comfortable in Malayalam and Tamil as we are in English.
If you'd rather talk it through than type it out, we can call you — or meet, if that helps you decide with more confidence.
Kerala — every district, covered
Tamil Nadu — growing coverage
We support you through every stage of the policy lifecycle
Most insurance sites disappear after the sale. BSUREE stays with you from your first question to your next claim.
1. Understand
“I just got married.” “I'm having a baby.” We help you work out what actually changes about your risk and what cover makes sense now. Analyse my needs →
2. Choose
We explain exclusions, waiting periods, riders and claim-settlement track record in plain language, so you can compare policies on what actually matters.
3. Buy
If you decide to proceed, we point you to an appropriate licensed insurer or broker channel — we never collect your premium ourselves.
4. Manage
We help you track renewals, understand premium changes, and periodically check whether your coverage still fits your life.
5. Claim
When you need to claim, we help you understand documentation, process and how to escalate issues appropriately.

How this kind of advice plays out in practice
Composite, anonymised scenarios that reflect the kind of questions families bring to us — not real client records.
A young couple in Kochi had a corporate health policy through the husband's employer and assumed it was “enough.” A quick review showed the cover was tied entirely to his job, had no cover for the wife's ongoing medication, and reset each year with no accumulated no-claim bonus — so we walked them through what an independent family floater would add on top.
A 34-year-old software engineer with a home loan and a 2-year-old had zero life cover beyond a small employer group policy that ends the day he changes jobs. We explained how to size an independent term plan using income, loan and future goals — not a random round number an agent suggested.
A family's hospitalization claim was delayed because pre-authorization paperwork was incomplete. We walked them through exactly what documentation the insurer needed and how to escalate through the grievance process instead of simply waiting.
Common questions about BSUREE
No. BSUREE is an independent insurance education and decision-support platform. We help you understand your options and prepare to make an informed decision. Where a purchase involves a licensed insurer or broker, we'll always tell you clearly and disclose if a referral fee applies.
Our income is designed to come primarily from consultation and advisory services rather than being tied to any single insurer, so we have no incentive to push one product over another. Where a referral relationship exists, it never changes the price you pay, and we disclose it upfront.
Most enquiries get an initial response within 24-48 hours. Complex cases (like reviewing multiple existing policies) may take a little longer as we prepare a proper written recommendation.
A first WhatsApp conversation to understand your situation is free. If you want a detailed written recommendation report, policy review, or ongoing advisory support, we'll clearly quote a consultation fee before starting.
We focus on families and businesses in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including NRI/Gulf families with parents or dependents based here, though we're happy to have an initial conversation with anyone in India.
Don't buy insurance until you understand what you actually need.
Send us your age, family situation and budget on WhatsApp. We'll tell you what to prioritise, what to avoid, and what questions to ask any agent before you sign anything.
